Seniors who choose to age in place have a special interest in maintaining their home. As you age performing what used to be routine tasks can become increasingly difficult, and unfortunately this often leads to the maintenance being overlooked or impossible.
Yes! Our Home Maintenance plans are designed specifically for seniors who are Aging in Place. We believe that supporting seniors as they Age in Place is an ongoing commitment. Once your home has been assessed and you have chosen the modifications you need to implement, we will build a preventive maintenance plan that fits your home, lifestyle, and budget.
If not already completed, we will assess your home for both safety and maintenance needs. Your home’s specific preventive maintenance plan will include quarterly maintenance visits where we check, repair, or replace any items that are due for maintenance. In addition to regular maintenance, we will reassess your home at least once annually to make sure that your home stays safe and comfortable. If you’re on a BluStar Home Maintenance plan, you will also receive a discount on other services!
In addition to Home Safety Assessments, Modifications, and Maintenance, we can also tackle most basic handyman or To-Do list chores! You can schedule these during our regular visits, or you can contact us at any time and let us know what home repair projects you'd like done. Our purpose is serving seniors and veterans who are aging in place, so it is our pleasure to handle any home needs you may have.
