New Construction Assurance Package
Best Value: The New Construction Assurance Package combines all three inspection phases into a comprehensive quality review designed to help homeowners document concerns, monitor construction progress, and protect their investment from framing through the first year of ownership.
Phase 1 - Pre-Drywall Inspection
Conducted before insulation and drywall are installed, allowing structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components to be evaluated while they remain visible.
Phase 2 - Final Walk-Through Inspection
Performed near project completion to identify deficiencies, incomplete work, and other concerns before closing.
Phase 3 - 11th Month Warranty Inspection
